PLAYER TREASURY & E-CASH MANAGER
Global Gaming and Wagering Company International All Sports Limited (“IAS”) is seeking a Player Treasury & E-cash Manager.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of all player treasury and e-cash functions in order to ensure maximum efficiency in player funds management.
Your strong commercial-mindedness, sound operational management experience, hands-on approach and in-depth understanding of payment processing coupled with a passion for online gaming or wagering will secure your position in this leading organization.
Responsibilities and key performance indicators:
- Day to day Management of the various Payment Solutions ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Daily monitoring and management of deposit and withdrawal processes.
- Management and development of key relationships payment solution providers.
- Negotiation of rates and contracts with existing and new payment solution providers.
- Working closely with IAS’ International Marketing and Customer Services Departments in the management of the customer life-cycle through the depositing process so as to ensure maximum successful deposit rates. This includes the implementation and management of triggered communications (e-mail, snail mail and telemarketing) during the customer deposit process.
- Liaising with the IT Department to ensure all payment solution processes are optimized.
- Provide continual feedback and reporting to business stakeholders.
- Promote a strong team environment and maximize the skills base of all staff.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar role within the online gaming or wagering industry.
