International All Sports Limited actively promotes ethical and responsible decision-making.

International All Sports Limited recognizes the need for Directors and employees to observe the highest standards of behaviour and business ethics when engaging in corporate activity. The Group intends to maintain a reputation for integrity.

The Board has adopted a Code of Ethics for the Board and a Code of Conduct for employees, which set out the principles and standards with which all officers and employees are expected to comply in the performance of their respective functions.

Under the Codes officers and employees are expected to:

  • comply with the law;
  • act honestly and with integrity;
  • not place themselves in situations which result in divided loyalties;
  • respect confidentiality and not misuse information;
  • value and maintain professionalism;
  • strive to be a good corporate citizen and achieve community respect
  • use IAS’s assets responsibly and in the best interests of IAS; and
  • be responsible and accountable for their actions.

Officers and employees confronted with ethical issues are expected to discuss them, in the first instance, with the Company Secretary who, if the issue remains unresolved, will take it to the Board.

The Codes and their implementation are reviewed each year. Copies are available to shareholders on request.
